I had a black pen bust open in the dryer and cleaned it out really well right away - but I've still got lots of spots showing. I told my wife that I'd check my pockets from now on.

I bought a pair of used Paradigm Reference speakers which are in mint condition, except they have a streaky drip of white latex paint running down one of the edges. Ugh!! I know it doesn't matter, but any ideas how to get it off without defacing the speaker at all? Or should I just leave it alone. These are very expensive speakers and I definitely don't want to devalue them stupidly by trying to take off this paint. Any ideas?

I've read that garden sulfur is preferred, but also that urea is commonly used. Would urine itself have too high of a sodium content, thus proving ineffective or counterproductive....on a small scale.

I have 3 fruit trees and I am planning to plant them into the ground. My question is how far of a distance should i give them. The fruit trees are apple, pear and nectar, so these trees can get pretty big. I can always prune them if they grow out of control too... so, is it safe to plant them about 5 feet apart?

Thanks

I cant add another room or anything else like a deck because it is against the rules. What things inside the condo can I do to increase its value before saling it. I just replaced the Air Conditioner/Heat system. Will that have an effect on my condo's value? Any other ideas would be appreciated.

We have a cement slab as a "patio", and i am interested in having large terra cotta patio stones put in . Do we need to have the cement broken up and removed, or can we lay the stones right on top of the cement? Each stone weights 32 lbs. so they are not going anywhere. I thought maybe this would insure that the base was level, if we leave the cement, and would be less work for us.
