It's funny you asked that question TODAY. I was an idiot and washed my WHITE cotton t-shirt with a few dark things today just to get the laundry done, and TA DA I've got blue blotches like a Tye dye all over it. I was so pissed off at myself, because I never do that and I completely wrecked my shirt, so I'm very interested in the answers you get.

I find that 'Stain Devils" product is very good for the stains you mention. You could maybe add a little bleach to the water and soak the items.

sounds like a really old stain from what, 3 months ago?
Still, since its just food and not something like ink, it should come out with a good stain remover product like Shout.
You may have to treat it a few times.
Don't dry it untill the stain is gone.

This is September and you're referring to Memorial Day? Are you writing from the U.S.?
At any rate, I've found a product called DiDi7 to be quite good and very affordable.

sounds gross, but rub some of your spit into it and let it sit for 15 - 20 minutes before you wash it. the enzymes in your spit will break down the protein and fat in the chocolate.
