I chipped the terra cotta tile in my kitchen. What's the best way to fix it, ot at least make it look better cosmetically?

Cement patcher or grout can be colored to match the tile.

If its not that big fill it in with the same coloured grout and reseal it.
If its really big you may want to gently sand and reshape the area and seal it.
I have that kind of tile and unfortunately sometimes there are thin spots that break thru where an air bubble was in the terra cotta.
Just think of it as added charm....

use instant glue to fix the chipped part back on
