I cant add another room or anything else like a deck because it is against the rules. What things inside the condo can I do to increase its value before saling it. I just replaced the Air Conditioner/Heat system. Will that have an effect on my condo's value? Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Upgrade the appliances to the top of the line. Replace carpeting with hardwood floors. Add security system. Put dimmer switches on all the lights, Replace light & outlet covers with nice ones, i.e., stainless steel, wood, etc. Replace the bathroom sink and vanity with a "designer" looking one, i.e. a vanity cabinet that looks like a piece of furniture, a sink that sits ontop of the marble vanity top with a unique faucet.

How about laminated floors... and paint all the rooms a clean white; Also you could put up blinds vertically or horizontal. Plant flowers around the condo; Yes that will raise the price on your condo when you replaced the a/c and heat system. How about ceiling fans..that is one of the biggest questions asked . Paint the rooms in neutral colors. Redo the floors or carpets. Plant a flower garden.

People will pay more for a clean house (even though cleaniness is temporary)
