I just spent 20 minutes cleaning the mirror on my dresser, and in my bathroom with a "glass cleaning" product. After all my work, using a squeegee, and also a rag, the mirrors are still blurry, and streaky. does anyone make something out there that actually cleans the mirror???

Hi I have a black large tile kitchen floor that was really shiny when I moved in a year ago...all of it that is. I use Mop and Glow (or is it shine?) but recently my floor has been getting blotchy and dull in some spots and no matter how much cleaning and then shining I do ..big dull splotches. The foor looks dirty in actuality ...it stays dull. I figure the best thing to do is to strip it all off and start with a fresh coating. Any ideas as to how to best accomplish this or even alternate ideas?? thanks very much.

I will convert my flat roof into a patio. I took all the gravel off (was necessary anyway, full of organic matter and moss), checked and patched suspect areas in the tar surface, and now I'm ready to put the frame and decking wood on top. Do I still need to top-up the gravel on the tar again, despite the new deck above? If yes - why?

The odor is basically bathroom odor. I have even put clorox inside the toilet tank but the odor is still there. Using air freshener only masks the problem. What can I use?

I just bought a NEW house (built in 2006) and the air that comes out when the A/C kicks on has a new smell. Any ideas how I can get rid of it? The builders said it would go away when the unit gets broken in but it has been a month with 95-100 degree temps & I am tired of it.

I have a house at school and me and my roommate need to redecorate our bedroom and living room. The rest of the house is a beach theme but we wanted something different then the other four girls. We own the house so we can do anything we want. Any suggestions would be great!

My father is a gardener. I help him sometimes, we go to rich people's houses and all day long we have to be in the hot sun, kind of treated like d*gs, actually worse( because nowadays many people treat their dogs like their kids). Sometimes we have to trim trees, and carry bunch of branches and loads on our backs , and for this reason we get Injured at times, sometimes extreme neck pain etc. Many times though, it's a great feeling you get by cutting grass, watering plants,...that's like the easy part but then there's other annoying, hard, and tiring, and dangerous things we have to do. So, I don't like garderning that much, unless it's my house cause my house just has a lawn and some plants and it's simple. But what i see is many people in TV make it seem like gardening is Fun, because all they do is work with little plants, plant little flowers or something and that's it( Example: Good morning America news show Gardening tips lady), when actually gardening is pretty hellish.

I live in Central Texas and am being overrun by ants.Even to the point that they're getting in my closet.Every one I've talked to has the same problem. It's like the ants know they're about to inherit the earth and they're going ahead and moving in.I've tried everything from poisons to home remedies. The best I've been able to do is slow them down a little.Does anybody have any suggestions?
