Hi I have a black large tile kitchen floor that was really shiny when I moved in a year ago...all of it that is. I use Mop and Glow (or is it shine?) but recently my floor has been getting blotchy and dull in some spots and no matter how much cleaning and then shining I do ..big dull splotches. The foor looks dirty in actuality ...it stays dull. I figure the best thing to do is to strip it all off and start with a fresh coating. Any ideas as to how to best accomplish this or even alternate ideas?? thanks very much.

If amonia doesn't work then you will have to get a commercial floor stripper. You can usually find it at your home improvement stores.
