I need to protect an area that has a cliff where young children need to be kept away.
However, I don't want to ruin the views of the property by putting an ugly barrier up.
Any ideas?

My wife and I purchased it a few years back and we are asking $6000 less then what we bought it for (it was appraised in the low $70000's). I can't afford to lose much more on it then this. I think we got ripped off somehow. Nothing is wrong with the house and it has been on the market for almost a year...yet we have only had a few people view it. We have had it listed with a multiple listing service and on a sell by owner website with no luck. Any suggestions?

Obviously there is more than one black or more than one process to do this. I would like expert advice on how to do this properly. I enjoy refinishing furniture and have some nice peices but I've never done black. Want to get the process just right.

What did you do? We have black mould on the wallpaper. Eventually we are stripping all of the paper off to tile but wondered if there is anything specific that needed doing to treat the dampness?

I have a white shirt that I just washed and dried with the rest of my laundry. When I put it in, there were no visual stains on it, but now there is an orange line, about 2 inches, on the front of it! I washed it with other whites or very light colors. It's happened other times with other whites as well. What's going on?

My management company is completely incompitant, and I told them I wouldn't pay rent until the repairs from before I moved in three months ago are done. I haven't gotten a response yet, so I'm wondering if they can do something like evict me?
