You can try a teachers catalog, office depot, office max, the school supply store, or maybe even a book store. I know for my science project I used some paper like that to cover the gym door for the evaporation project. I soaked the paper in water and the light from the sun made it evaporate. I order my paper out of the supplies and beyond catalog. I hope you find you paper.

Go to a newspaper publishing company and ask for "end stock". These are various width rolls from the end of the large rolls used for newsprint. You can usually get these for less than 10-20 bucks.

Try a commercial printing supply store like RPG. We buy rolls of 3' x 200' long for our printer that prints house plans.

I think just put wallpapers on the wall, in like white or off-white color, then she would be able to draw and paint and color.
