Yes they do but like most stuff from IKEA, it will fall apart in a stiff breeze.
My suggestion is to dump this person in the middle of an IKEA store where he'll either get lost forever or... get adopted by IKEAn cult members.

If all you can find is smaller cabinets why not take a side trip to the hardware store before getting the cabinets. They have a variety of saws that would help you out.
