Can someone please help me with a sentence I would like to use in a flyer: Do you have books lying around the house no longer being used? or Do you have books laying around the house no longer being used? Which sentence is correct?

I live in t shirts and have these dark yellow-orangish pit stains on all my white t shirts. It's embarrassing and my guy friends always make me raise my arms so they can laugh at my pit stains.

Dear Answerers,

Something is eating up deep round holes in my tomotoes - eats whole meat to the seeds, but leaving seeds untouched - .

Damaged tomotoes are the ones turning red, sometimes green ones and never yellow ones.

Please, Please - let me know who it can be and what can be done to stop it!

I've been installing a light fixture. Wires in the fixture appear to be correctly wired. However, it does not work. I have a Levitron switch which is flickering. A working one in another room does not flicker. Therefore, I think it is a switch issue. I've taken the meter to the wires going into and out of the switch. All appear dead. This leads me to think the switch is broken. How else can I test to see what is broken? (Hopefully, not the wiring)

I need to find a condo near chicago, close to Northbrook, IL where I work. I can spend up to about 150,000 and I would like 2 bedrooms. I don't want to live in a bad area, somewhere nice and quite. Also, since I drive to Northbrook every day I would like the drive to be short, maybe Palatine or Buffalo Grove. Anyone know of any nice places?
