A black lacquer finish can be obtained by using a high gloss black paint with several coats of clear. high gloss finish. Make sure the piece is kept clean or even the smallest dust or dirt particles will show thru.

go to a store that sells automotive paint and buy black lacquer paint and also the primer. spray from a automotive type spray gun
