I need to find a condo near chicago, close to Northbrook, IL where I work. I can spend up to about 150,000 and I would like 2 bedrooms. I don't want to live in a bad area, somewhere nice and quite. Also, since I drive to Northbrook every day I would like the drive to be short, maybe Palatine or Buffalo Grove. Anyone know of any nice places?

Any of the north-west suburbs will work the farther out the cheaper.
The trains uses to be very good. I new some people that took the train every day from Wisconsin and one from Mendota Il. to get downtown.
