Get rid of the moisture that is there along with any wood products. They love the wood as that is what they like to eat, the mold and residue that is in it along with the moisture they need to survive. Then get some raid and cover the area they have been and you should have it taken care of.

Depends on what kind of centipedes they are. If they're some normal pests, just buy a good pesticide.

set off a bug bomb that is specific to your pest, make sure all pets and people are out of the house for a few hours though..follow product directions

powdered boric acid repels almost any insect and is harmless to humans
