I would change my underarm deodorant from the kind that swears to go on clear, it messes up your clothes, try the natural Tom's brand.
Also if you do not use Clorox bleach already try that with Tide and concentrate on the stain by pretreating them as soon as you put them in the dirty clothes hamper.
I had the same problem with my deodorant and I read that putting hydrogen peroxide on the yellow stain will remove it.
I have a book I purchased from the grocery store "188 Ingenious Uses for Vinegar" and on page 26 it says:
Underarm stains: For perspiration and deodorant stains on shirts and other garments pour a little undiluted vinegar on the stain and gently rub it into the fabric before laundering.
Now you have three solutions so that you friends will no longer laught at you. Best remedy is to do this when the shirt is new and the stain is new too. Old stains may have set to long.

You never go to a doctor to cure your sweat, they might chop off some part of your body because your the customer!
Usually white shirt in hot water laundry machine is good enough. Unless your holding envelops under your arm pit or some strange animal.
You should scrub your arm pit really well during showers, some deodorants leave a film or stain. Liquid soap with anti-bacteria and skin conditioner is good.

My husband has the same problem.
Unfortunately, once the yellow is there, it is permanent.
To prevent the yellowing, soak your shirt in white vinegar overnight. Then wash it in a good laundry detergent and add a scoop of Double Team Borax Powder (or other laundry booster additive).
If you pull your shirt out of the drier and it still smells like BO or your deodorant, you need to repeat the process.
The yellowing is actually sweat stains (your shirts are not thoroughly cleaned).
Hope this helps!

If this is due to excessive sweating, don't sweat...get some Driclor from your chemist/drustore. It is a very high aliminium content deodorant which you use at night, nightly at first, then just once a week or so once it starts to take effect. It works by shrinking your sweat glands. It can cause irritation and itchinessif you overdo it, so only put a tiny bit on, don't whack it on like normal deodorant. It works really well! As for the T-shirsts, once you use this suff, you can go out and buy some new ones to start over with. Good luck!!!

You need to buy some new shirts, and make sure you're having daily showers and using deodourant.
