A pen? or pen ink?
If a pen has fallen inside the couch, tip the couch back, cut a hand-sized hole in the bottom, tip the couch so that the pen rolls towards your hand so you can grab it.
If it's pen ink, what type of material is the couch made of? There are so many ways of cleaning different types of couches. Try Oxiclean, or something similar.

take the cushions out or pull the couch out far enough to see where the pen is

Dab on full strength white vinegar until the stain is gone.

Hairspray works great on getting ink out of fabrics and off leather and vinyl.
