Bring the first 3 things that you find back with you...

if you are upstairs already, go down...

if you are in a single story, apartment, flat... then run around in a giant circle picking up 3 random objects...

what are they?

It seems that someone took quite a few baths in the bathtub in our apartment before we moved in and left a nice ring of icky dirt/grime/scum behind. It is the worst in the corners (dirty feet perhaps?) It is a fiberglass shower/tub combo. I have tried Kaboom which is supposed to be the strongest stuff out there, but it doesn't do anything but make me cough over the fumes. This is some heavy duty grossness that the landlords should have cleaned before we moved in. Any tricks or secrets you can share to obtain a sparkling clean bathtub?

I'm curious as to what some rental rates are in different areas. How much do you pay a month, what's the length of the lease (if any), what is included in your apartment/house (i.e. the number of bedrooms, bath, etc.) and where is your home located?

cream color. Over the years it has turn a dark ugly gray. I mop and clean it regularly. I have tried bleach, but that doesnt remove it? Any suggests other than getting on my hands and knees and scrubbing each section, I have done that and it takes forever? Thanks!

I have been given double knit polyester, in many yards, and the color is a soft country-green. My question is, could I make curtains with these and with this material, would they look okay? I have a pattern and am experienced at sewing. Just unsure of the material for curtains.

Right now I have a ceiling fan in my apartment, but it just started humming when it's on high, so I need to either replace it or fix it. I'm assuming it's going to cost a lot to do that. I also rent my apartment, so I don't want to put too much money into something I don't even own. Should I just get a regular fan? Do they work just as well to keep me cool in the summer?
