Do a search for foreclosed homes. They have TONS of them. Also you could do some driving around and look for signs in the windows. I know a friend that got theirs in Ohio that way.

I've known several people in Ohio that have purchased home from the Sheriff auctions. The homes for sale there are the ones that have been foreclosed on and also ones that people have lost for not paying their property taxes.

Probably in your dreams, even in foreclosures, with all that bidding, it's unlikely they will be that low. If they are, it would take as much money again to bring them up tp code.
Check around for foreclosures, but don't hold your breath on those kind of prices.
