hehe, don't laugh, but down here, we say, "Hey y'all," and most guys usually say, "What's goin' on?" Sometimes, the only way to say hello (if your mouth is full, or driving down the road..) is to put up a few fingers. Not really a wave, but just to acknowledge someone.

That's the south for ya. I don't know many foreign languages...just my own, LOL
