There is thick, overgrown weeds and brush. We've trimmed most of it down. Roundup is expensive to kill everything and time consuming to spray. (yard is .6 acres) Do we really have to buy a bunch of screened topsoil for great grass. We don't have a TON of extra money because of downpayments, etc. We live in W. MI. Any resonable landscapers with advice or a reasonable plan?

How did it turn out? Would you recommend doing so? How long did it last before it started to fade, peel, etc.

We didn't read the complete directions on the stain we used, and therefore did not wipe up the excess stain as we applied it. So now, 24 hours later the stain is still very tacky and doesn't seem close to drying. What's the best course of action? We'd prefer to not wait a week for it to completely dry as we use that room quite a bit under normal circumstatnces.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

I live in a warm humid climate. Houses here are made of concrete NOT wood. Could this be termites? Should I call an exterminator or rip open the couch?

What is the proper way to build a children's sandbox so that:
1) it has drainage so that it doesn't turn into a small swimming pool when it rains; and
2) so that weeds don't grow up through the sand

The Master Bedroom is 14x14 connected to a 10x5 bathroom and a 8x5 closet. So that is 290sq ft of a 1000 sqft condo.

We have a small humidity guage in the bedroom that normally reads 60% humidity, but this increases to 75% after the shower is used twice.

As long as the bedroom door is kept closed, do we need a dehumidifier that is large enough to handle the 290sq ft or does it really need capacity to handle the entire 1000sq ft?

The condo is kept at 75 degrees between the hours of 5:30pm-7:30am, but is kept at 80 degrees between 7:30am-5:30pm.

What size Pint Capacity dehumidifier do we need based on these facts? Thank you!!!

I drilled some holes on a fiberglass panel, the fiber shavings got on my arms and now i'm itchy. Other products like plastic and wood didn't do this to me, why does fiberglass make you itch like crazy?
