It is more than likely clogged with my hair. I have tried drano, as well as the liquid plumber that fizzes, which I realized after the fact is just glorified drano with hydrogen peroxide in it....woopty doo. Any better suggestions that won't mess up the tub and don't involve a plumber? I've also heard of red lye, but can't find it. Anyone know where to get that?

I've been washing dishes with Dawn for 20 years and my mother always used it as well. The last 2 bottles i've bought haven't seemed as effective as before. Now i have to add more soap when i've only done half the dishes and Dawn used to always work really really well and stay sudsy enough to wash everything.

--I have always washed any greasy pans or dishes last, so i know that's not the problem.

OK so my tenant left very greasy wooden cabinets - I don't want to sand them and re poly them cause I'm senative to the poly and low on time.

SOO can I see lesoil on them? I found that at the local store and it's a de-greaser but will it be ok to take the layer of grease off?

Thanks!

Several years ago, I met a delphinium or larkspur that smelled like delicious vanilla frosting or vanilla poundcake! (I suspect delphinium). This is odd, because usually they don't smell at all. The flowers were white to off-white, but had a "pearlized" almost iridescent sheen of purplish-blue, but very faint. (It's hard to describe).

The plant was growing in the landscaping of a home I was writing an article on, but no one was around who could answer.

Ever since, I've been trying to track down WHAT particular species, hybrid, variety or cultivar this is, because I want one! :) Unfortunately, my own research has turned up nothing, and the nursery people I've asked don't know either.

Does anyone know of of a delphinium and/or larkspur that has a delicious VANILLA and/or CAKEY type fragrance? Thank you for any tips! :)

This was a fairly large Maple tree. The remaining trunk measures about 24 " to 28 " across. I see small sprouts still growing out of the trunk. Is this trunk dead . I hope so because it was starting to lift the corner of our shed and cost $$ to have it cut down. Thankyou.
