I'd like to know who I could contact to see about a tree that is on private property, that the limbs keep falling off. The limbs has not cause any personel damage as of yet. I live where this tree is at, and I have a parking space right where the tree is at. The owner keeps telling me that, my car insurance will cover any damage the limbs might cause. Is'nt there any code for property owner's when it comes to trees, being cut down or kept trimmed?

Pond is 50' x 60' and is fed by a natural spring. I would like it to remain natural and not put in a liner. But it loses too much water.
Is there a natural product that can be put on the pond bottom that will seal it?
Right now the pond is dry

I am looking for plans to build a crib
I found 1 I really liked and now I can't find it.
It was a crib w/drawers underneath and a cabinet attached to the side.
Does anyone know a GOOD website to find a large selection of plans to choose from?
I've found a couple, but thier selection is very limited.
Thank You
Have A Great Day!

I've got a 4-year old deck and the stain on it has started to peel and flake off. I finished it with Sikkens stain the year I built it (2002) and in 2004. We were thinking we had to strip off the old stain -- but now I'm not so sure. Should we sand it or strip it?

Why do plants bend over when they become a certain height? The area where the leaves are bend over when the stem becomes so high. What does this mean?

I have some wool blend curtains that I want to iron, but I am wondering if I can use starch or this stuff I have called magic sizing? Will this hurt the fabric? the lining is a silky type material but I'm not putting the iron on that side. I have ironed these curtains before I am just wondering if I can use starch this time? Any recommendations?

The tip of the screwdriver is wedged firmly inside the neck of the screwdriver. The screwdriver has a modular design, with different sized tips that you can use on various screws. When trying to wiggle the two pieces on each other, I can feel some space in there but it feels very small.

The tip is around 3" long, with a phillips type at the end, and the neck of the screwdriver is removeable (together with the tip) and is around 4.5" long. It cannot be rotated around because the two apparently meet together with an octagon shape.

I have tried to put some WD-40 at the point where the two pieces of metal meet, but i can't see well enough to know that it worked. Didn't feel any difference before and after the WD-40.

ANY tips, suggestions, or help would be appreciated. Thanks

My tomato is flowering, and it has been for almost 2 weks now, yet there is not a single tomato starting yet. The flowers bloom, stay open for a few days, and then they turn brown and die.... Do I need more than 1 tomato plant for it to make fruit? I thought they sold single hanging tomato plants at walmart and k-mart? so I thought I could do the same.

Well any ideas?

Thanks
