What gauge wire should I use, do I need to run 440, or can I run 220? I am concerned about voltage drop. Suggestions?

I'm looking for a website that will give the value of any home in the U.S. without giving information about myself. I found one a long time ago but do not remember what it was. I typed in a address and zip code and it came up with th value immediately.

Our old four-bulb florescent fixture was looking shabby and the the plastic cover broke. On uninstalling it - I see there are only two wires available. But when I bought the new fixture they make a point of saying that you need to have a ground. The warn otherwise the light not come on predictably or some other issue. With a kitchen ceiling light like this - what are my real risks of just using the two existing wires positive and neg and forgoing the ground? Worked fine with the old fixture for the last 14 years.

I saw a grass on TV I'd love in my backyard. It's very lush and green, each "clump" being about 8" long or so, and it "falls over" in differing directions, and it isn't supposed to be mowed. They said it was very soft to walk on, easy maintenance, but I can't find the name of it anywhere.
Can anyone help?

The tomatoes are probably 5 inches apart, and they're getting bigger. Same with the collards, they're getting huge. I am going to replant them and make more space between them, and I need advice because I don't want any of them to get damaged in the process.

Should the soil be wet before I take them out?

Any tips to be as good to the roots as possible?

Finally, how separate should I plant each?

Another thing...I have been using Sevin as insecticide. It hasn't made a huge difference, but bugs aren't eating the leaves as much. How safe is this product?

I'm moving and this is the only "big" item I'm attached to -- want to ship from west coast to midwest.
I don't care how long it takes, but my budget is limited.
Should I give it away?
What are my best options for shipping something that big?

What are some good indoor plants that are easy to care for? I'd love to have plants inside, but I travel a lot and need plants that don't require constant care.

I recently bought a bunch of casual slacks that fit me perfectly. Should I bring them to the cleaners? Have them dry cleaned? Is there a way to wash them myself but not have them shrink? If I clean them myself, I would want to throw them into the dryer after washing.

Someone gave me a handmade pine wood entertainment center- only prooblem is that is was covered with dark green latex paint. Most of it has peeled away clean, but there are spots where I can't get the pain off of, especially in the joints where the pieces were assembled.
