I have a septic tank and I'm wondering if that is causing the mildew odor?

There's only a few around but they're always around. They seem to stay in the area where the ground is wet. I can't find a nest and when I spray them they stay away for a few days then return. I just don't want my wife getting stun.

I have flowers planted on both sides...well the one side is doing so great but the other isn't and that is where that hole is. I am thinking it is a rat but not sure. My flowers on that side are not growing good like on the other side...If it is a Rat could it be doing something to my flowers? Do you think it could be a rat or something else?

What do i do to get rid of whatever it is? I had stuck rocks down in that hole but it dug it's way back out again (another hole)...

Help!!!! what is it?

Does anyone know if there is some sort of safety switch somewhere. I didn't have any training, hubby went offhshore, and told me I would have to have OJT and now I think I broke it. He took the owner's manual with him and now I cannot even get it to try to turn over. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
