Why grass should be cut and who needs it ? Why someone care if it's cut or not ?

Because right thinking busybodies thought lawns were prettier than wildflowers or whatever and forced their views on everyone. Lawns are incredibly unnatural, consume staggering resouces and are the bane of all mankind who have to be slaves to them

Would you like to live in the neighbourhood where there are litters and mess in the garden? Would you like to live in a dirty city? Do you think everyone is keen on cutting the grass to keep it tidy? If there is no such law do people do it any way? Here you go!

there are several reasons but here are a few!
1)if there is a fire the dry grass can cause it ti spread quickly to a neighbor.
2)it attracts unwanted insects and rodents
3)it can be an eye sore!
4)it makes the city more money when you dont do it!
