It recently started dripping water to the inside, not outside. Even if I lower it down to low cool or pretty much at any setting its doing the same thing. What could it be, and how can I fix it?

I have an attic fan that stopped working. I do not know if it should? Should it run in summer or winter or always?

I'm seriously afraid of these things because they are so big. I live near some woods, so once in a while bugs get in through cracks in doors and the wall. Spiders don't bother me but these things freak me out and I won't go near them. Any ideas for exterminating them, aside from just killing each one I see? Like a repellent maybe?

My friend has a neighbor who comes into her yard (and the neighbor on the other side) in the middle of the night. He pulls up flowers, digs up flowers and tramples them down. They know that he's the one doing it, because they've seen some of their plants replanted around his house! He's been doing this for years and they don't know what to do. Would you believe this guy is over 70 years old!?
Any suggestion as to how to stop him or catch him? They're at their wits end.

My roof has hard water stains, from a leaky swamp cooler. I fixed the cooler problem but now I have hard water stains on my roof. I am not sure whether to paint them or try to clean the hard water stains. I have a power washer but I am afraid it will damage the roof shingles. If I go with the paint what type should I use? Would CLR work better? any suggestions?thanx in advance!

Some just peel up and the glue is gooey but some come up in pieces. Is there a different way to take these up other than the big scraper tool?

I was thinking of using something to just stain over the ugly butter color to make it more modern. Maybe something like a faux finish on cement. What do I use to stain porcelain?

I have a hummingbird feeder that ran out of solution. I don't have the store bought feed anymore. I know you can boil sugar and water together to make more, but I can't remember the correct ratio? Is it 1 part sugar to 1 part water, or 1 part sugar to 2 parts water?
