Yeah so I'm on the birth control pill & will be "visited by aunt flo" tomorrow (or should be) & I did have intercourse today. Just not sure if I should go get & take the morning after pill if I'm on the pill. Help please!!

Why does all men go for the very beautiful women even when MOST of them are selfish, superficial, and very demanding? We overlook all their character flaws because they are beautiful.

I have this problem too, I would love to have a beautiful woman who is a "10" however, most of them are all about "me, me ,me" 24/7 and they expect every guy in this world revolve around her. Can a beautiful self-centered, superficial, and demanding woman ever change to become an unselfish woman, non-materialistic, and patient woman? Do I have to wait until she turns 65 years old, when no other guys would like her anymore in order for her to change? It seems like thats the age when most of these beautiful women begin to "grow up"

I am refering only to physically beautiful women.

Chlamydia? I ask because today I started with a new doctor. I told her how in December of 2006 I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis and I was given medication that didn't help. I also explained to her that I'm not able to see a gyno with the insurance that I have unless I'm pregnant.

My doctor explained to me that since the first treatment didn't work out I'd have to start all over again and that she was testing me for chlamydia.

This is shocking me because I took an STD/HIV test in October of 2006 and everything came back negative. I haven't had any sexual contact with anyone since June of 2006 and when I did it was protected each and every time.

Also when I was diagnosed with bacteria vaginosis I was given a thourough pelvic and vaginal exam. If I do have it, which I doubt, how could it be missed?

I really want to know how long chlamydia can be missed and if its even likely that I have it.

Ok, i have a medical question. I am 16yrs old 5'3 and weigh 200lbs. The past couple weeks i have been extrememly tired and needing to use the rest room more than usual, and drinking water, diet coke, tea, anything, like crazy. Diabetes runs in my family, in fact both my aunts and my grandmother on my fathers side have diabetes. I'm really scared. Those are the most common symptoms for type2 (most common in children) diabetes. I have mentioned my complaints of being tired to my parents but it didnt seem like such a big deal(im always staying up too late). They would always see me rushing to the bathroom,but I wouldnt usually complain because it didt seem like a big deal. Commen sense right, you drink more you pee more. But lately ive really been thinking about it more and more and it is really starting to scare me. Am i thinking too much into this? or should i go get checked out? What should i do? how do i know if i really have diabetes? any advice would really help.

I am on contraceptive pills & I think they are the reason for that.
I have trouble with every course I take, I always fight with my husband, have mood swings, crying for no reason, having it hard to accept any word my husband says to me, recalling all the bad memories & events for him.I'm going crazy. I'm thinking all the time that my husband is gonna leave me as he gets sick of that. I'm really lost & don't know what to do!!! Do I have to replace the pills with something lighter? or to stop taking it! then what other ways for birth control we should do?we hate condoms, he always wants to come inside of me.
I am on Diane pills.

Its really weird, and it doesn't necessarily, HURT, just tender and uncomfortable. but it ALWAYS happens about a week before my period.. same spot, same arm, and then goes away. ive met one girl who had this problem. anyone else?

Okayy...I feel like my insides are twisting together in my lower stomach...Anytime i eat a meal and i actually feel full i look completly bloated...I've had major discomfort in my stomach for the past 2 months...My periods are regular and right on time...I don't feel tired...My chest doesn't hurt...I don't get morning sickness so I'm kind of ruling out being pregnant...I do get some back pain but nothing too out of the ordinaryy...It almost actually feels like my stomach needs to grumble but can't...Any suggestions as to what's wrong?

I've had occasional milk leakage since I was a teenager when I was bitten on the nipple by a horse. The last week I've been having discharge that is different from what I've had in the past. There are three types of discharge I'm having. One is milk, but very sticky. Usually when I have milk leaking it is a consistency you'd expect, but now it has been more the consistency of rubber cement. Another is clear and watery, and another is dark green and watery. I've researched the internet and have found that this might be normal and it might not be. I am not pregnant nor have I ever had a child. I do plan on seeing my doctor about this, so I am not asking for a diagnosis of any kind. My question is if any other woman has had something similar. If so, have you always had milk discharge even when you are not pregnant nor breastfeeding? Thanks in advance!

Can someone or has any of you become "excited" during a chekc down there. I mean a stranger either female or male is touching your private parts and doing some things. Not that you intentionally try or anything...but your body just responds to stimulation naturally... What will the doc do? and can it happen? I am so nervous!!! Help!!! I have an occasional sharp pain in the left side of my chest. I also have acid reflux. I've been tested so many times for heart problems and the doctors have always taken it back to reflux. It's very frightening. I also have a lot of anxiety which I do have medication for. Nothing seems to help right now. Any advice?

I have been on the Ring for a year now...my doctor told me that if I chose, I could go without a period. I would spot every couple of months but I was on the Ring almost the entire year STRAIGHT. I found out yesterday that itd fallen out 4 weeks ago and I had NO idea. I havent started my period and the Nuva Ring "hotline" cant help me because my doctor misled me. Worse, I was thinking I was "safe" the past month and I wasnt...so Im a little nervous! I dont know if its possible to ovulate or if I have to have my period first. I dont know anyone who has stopped taking the Ring and how long to expect to wait for my period. I want to get a pregnancy test but I have to wait a few weeks until Ill know for sure if I am or not. How long does the HCG hormone take to show up in a blood test?? SO many questions....HELP!

Well, I'm on the sixth day of my fifth period. I usually get horrid backaches and I have a question about them. Do the backaches, etc. things end right before your period ends, or does it take a couple of days to go away?

To buy the morning after pill here in NYC over the counter. What sort of proof of age do you need to have? Can a passport or a school id be enough? (And no I didn't have an accident, I am 18, and I don't really plan to buy one it's just a weird thought :) Thanks for your answers!

I was just told by my new ob/gyn that I have a large ovarian cyst, >5cm. When he palpated my abdomen, he easily found it, and I moaned in pain. It still hurts from that exam! I have assumed the pain was from my severe and chronic irritable bowel syndrome, so I have simply popped a couple of Percocets and tried to ignore it.

I've had ovarian cysts before (once had laparoscopy to remove them), but never this big. I've had abdominal pain and bloating for a long time (assumed it was the IBS). I also have lost almost 50 lbs over the last year with very little effort (now am almost underweight, but that belly always looks a little big).

So, percentage-wise, how many of these types of cysts are cancerous? The doc told me to come back in 6 wks to see if it's shrunk, but I'm too anxious to wait. Should I call him tomorrow and say I want to get an ultrasound ASAP?
