My friend brought this stomach thing a long time ago and it came with a gel that you put on your stomach and it worked your muscles for you. It actually made her stomach flat too!! What is that thing called and where can I buy one? She brought her's from Linens & Things and Im too lazy to do sit ups (period).

Okay i don't know what is going on wiv me but here is what is happening 2 me

i am jealous alot

i feel fat and ugly

i put down myself and other people

i can't get over the past

i want 2 starve myself and i do

i scream and scream my lungs out

i want to die but i don't want 2 die

i feel useless

i feel like i can't do anything

i feel guilty or i feel like i am doing something real bad when i eat or i sit on a bed or the floor or when i use the computer

i feel like i'm hogging the house

i feel like i use people

i regret most things i do

So, my boyfriend and I agree that I don't want him going in me. So, we grind with clothes on. Also, I examine his penis and it was just warm but it didn't seem like there was any liquid that leaked. Later that night, I thought I rubbed my self down there. It's been about 7 days, 1 week, since my 3-day period and all the tests I took was negative and I'ver been having a lot of cramps, head aches, breasts tenderness. Still, I'm paranoid and seek a lot of answers to knock my senses. Please help!

I find lately, no matter how warmly I dress I can't keep warm and often find myself shivering. I'm normally able to adapt well to winters (being a Canadian and all) but this year I just can't stay warm.

I've been dieting lately...Can that have an effect on as to whether or not my body can retain heat? I'm not like stick skinny or anything.

I was wondering if anyone else has suffered these symptoms and found themself to be pregnant. My period has gotten shorter and shorter. In January, it was four days, in February, it was 4 days, and this past one was only 3. When I am having my period it's not light at all, it's just the usual bleeding, but normally my periods are 5-7 days, the last couple of days being just spotting. I am worried I may have ovarian cysts or something, I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Any chance I could still be pregnant?

I don't know why, but i was just wondering and wanted to ask yu al, if you may think the way some people do. There are people that i fell very close with and who know many things about conditions and the causes of it, like IBS, though they aren't doctors. Like a Pharmacist who works with my sister, talked about this condition that i have(ibs). She started telling her in a very angry way, "This (ibs) is very common in teenagers now, and its when they start doing, watching things that they aren't allowed to..at a very young age (i think you'll know what she means) getting their minds busy with it all the time and want to get it but can't, cuz are afraid of their parents." When my sister called and told me..i was in shock, even though im not like that, but im a virgin. I was soo pissed that she believed in these kinds of crap. She also said that the Pharmacist mentioned that "it's all about the hormones. Doctors don't really tell what it may be, but this could be the case" What uthink.??

I am 17 years old and I just started taking Ortho tricyclen lo. Obviously, because I am young, my breasts are still growing. Right now they are pretty small, but everyone my age tells me i will most likely increase a cup size or two. Do you think the fact that I'm still developing will increase my chances of getting bigger breasts due to the pill? Or is it entirely random?

ok so i have never used tampons before..well i tried a cardboard applicator and i couldn't get it in AT ALL.. but i figured out it was the angle i was putting it in..well anyways..i'm expected to get my period tomorrow or thursday and what happens if i get it in school?? i have track practice right after school so i have to use tampons but what if i get my period while i'm in school and try to use a tampon but can't get it in????

I started taking the birth control pill last year so that it can make my periods easier to handle. I am not sexually active (sorry, but sixteen is waaaaay too young to have sex) and I noticed that there was a little tiny bit of blood in my underwear (very little amounts) but I am only on my second week of taking my pill which means that my period doesn't start for another two weeks. Is this normal? It's never happened to me before and so I am a little concerned (rude comments will be ignored). Thanks.
