Sounds like you've already gotten a lot of good advice. Take it from me - because I'm pregnant too - you should talk to your doctor before making any serious decisions like going on a diet or excersing more than you usually do. That's really important because if you don't, you could cause yourself (or your baby) to develop a disease.........like diabetes or.......need I go on? Please get some help from a professional. If you're not sure how, check out the yellowpages or web for a locl free clinic. Call for advice if you can't go in. They'll at least lead to someone in your area that can help you.

If you mean trimester as in you're going to be having a baby soon...that can't be too healthy. If you're pregnant you can't start dieting before the baby is born, you could put the babys health into jepordy. Afterwards since you're incredibly young if you eat healthy and start to exercise you should lose the weight fairly quickly. You've still got like what....6 months till grade 9? It'll come off eventually if you take is slow and smart

Sweetie, it sounds like your in trouble, like your possibly trying to hide the fact your pregnet, I saw a couple thumbs down for answers that were pretty good and it made me curious if maybe you gave them thumbs down.
If this is the case, your young and your scared, or if you don't want your classmates to know your pregnet, you should know you have options if you don't want to keep the baby. Adoption number one. You have a life inside of you, its precious and it deserves care, even if you aren't the one giving it. Please don't try to lose weight before you have the baby, be safe for your sake and the childs. If you feel like you have no one to talk to, go to Family Independence Agency, or a doctor at a free clinic, or even planned parent hood on advice on what you can do. Your not alone, and things will work out.

Please do not try and lose any weight till after you've had the baby! After you've had the baby and if your breatsfeeding ask your doctor what would be the safest way to help you lose weight because remember you'll still need to keep healthy as what you eat goes through your milk to the baby. Maybe you could take the baby for a walk around the block every day, it will be good for you and when the baby gets older they'll love it. Please dont do anything stupid by stop eating or anything like that because you need to look after your self and the baby.

start up eating warm eco-friendly tea inclusive of your breakfast. in case you'll be able to desire to consume chocolates gain this in user-friendly terms two times a week and attempt to get the decreased fat or low fat cakes. because of the fact the hot college won't start up till August or September you have a lot of time to shed some pounds. I advise starting to be a member of a gym.
