What is your life style now? Are you physically active or do you lead a sedate life? If you don't move around the answer is yes. Eating earlier in the day is far healthier. At night your body slow its metabolism making it harder to burn what you eat late at night. The result of this in the long term will result in weight gain. I know, It happened to me.

Not anything serious, but your metabolism will be slower late at night, and so you could gain weight.
