Normally. Your period doesnt really do anything. Its weird. U can always wear a tampon. But dont go swimming without a tampon.

Have you ever been swimming while on your period? Well for some reason while in water womens periods seem to come to a hault. So no its not really messy. Just shower and get clean! Of it does anything it helps.

My wife actually likes to have sex in the shower when she's on her period. I'm fine with it, it's not messy cause the water washes everything away. She says it helps clear her system and pull everything out, so her flow seems lighter afterwards, and can even shorten it overall by up to a day. She doesn't let me near her the few days before her period though.

The same way you shower when you don't have you period. I just clean extra well, and rinse really well. Nothing comes out while you are in the shower or bath.

Your period slows down while in water.But speeds up when you get out.And yea,you can always wear a tampon.
