Is it possible to get pregnant like this?

So, my boyfriend and I agree that I don't want him going in me. So, we grind with clothes on. Also, I examine his penis and it was just warm but it didn't seem like there was any liquid that leaked. Later that night, I thought I rubbed my self down there. It's been about 7 days, 1 week, since my 3-day period and all the tests I took was negative and I'ver been having a lot of cramps, head aches, breasts tenderness. Still, I'm paranoid and seek a lot of answers to knock my senses. Please help!

It is possible to get pregnant like this, but its not easy. When a guy gets an erection, sometimes pre-ejaculate comes out, and its very difficult to see, it doesn't look exactly like ejaculate. And if this fluid, which does contain semen, somehow gets inside of you, yes it can cause pregnancy. So, if you got it on your fingers, then touched yourself, you could conceivably become pregnant.

However, the fact that you've had negative pregnancy tests leads me to believe that you aren't pregnant. I'd try another pregnancy test, one that's sensitive even to slight changes in hormone levels. That way you can be sure. Also, periods don't always start on the same day of each month, it can be off from month to month. So that's always in a possibility.

In the future, please get your boyfriend to use a condom - even if you are just grinding up against each other with clothes on. Its too easy to get pregnant somehow, but with a condom the risk is greatly reduced. Hope this helps!
