For a about 3 months now, I've been eating normally, but I haven't been having my period! How do I get my period back? I reeeally hate having my period, but I need it.

you r not having your peirod because you are toooooo under weight still, do u have an eating disorder? it sounds like you do or did. i say that because at your weight the last thing you needed to do was go on a low calorie diet. i had an eating disorder for a long time and did not have a peirod. if you ARE eating normally it will come back soon. you need to eat some fatty food. to get a little fat back in your body. i am not saying get fat or get a tummy just give your body some fatty food to work with. then your peirod will start back up again.

Ok i just read some more of ur posts u do have an eating disorder i thought so, so thats why you dont have you peirod,
you already know that. you are asking all adivce form people who don't realize you are too under weight as it is. the truth is you need help. anti depressents helped me to not focus on the feeling of being fat every time a ate something. but thats still not enough. r u taking laxitives? does your parents know about this? are you seeing someone for it? asking questions about ur weight all day is not helping you. i know what ur doing because i did it too. it helps you to here people tell you your not fat. or you did not eat too much. but it really is not helping you. if you want to talk you can email me if you do say so on this question and i will give you my email address.

For starters, how old are you and how much weight did you lose? If you dropped a crap load of weight and you're not underweight and super skinny, you may have amenoreha. Or else if you're sexually active as suggested you may be pregnant.

lol I don't know why you'd want it back. But another thing could be that if you're young, it maybe your hormon levels regulating (or if you just recently started taking the pill). it can cause large fluctuations. Mine ranges between 4-6 weeks in between.

Or, consider seeing your doctor or see a gynocologist.

I would suggest talking to a doctor. I never heard of you losing your period cuz your diet changed. Are you sure you are not pregnant? or going through early menopause? I'm being serious. i hope everything is ok. I hate my period too.

You failed to mention your age. Could it be menopause or pre~menopause? Have you done a pregnancy test? Maybbe you need to visit the doc. for some blood work.

if you are skippin out on your period, that means you are waaaay underweight, gain some weight and you will get it back. if your bmi is norm. then see your doc. or when you do get your pd back it will be soooo heavy. this happened to my friend once.
