No, the cervix is closed and there is a mucus plug that prevents the amnioic fluid from getting infected. In a typical pregnancy the female does not have "periods" anyway.

No that can't happen. The cervix automatically closes when a woman gets pregnant. I seen something on Discovery Health about this.

You can't get pregnant twice. In fact birth control fools the female body into thinking its pregnant and thats why they can't. So live it up, you have 9 months of protection free sex!

normaly its not....but m telling u one true story...
one of my close friend has blessed by twins in jan 2007...baby girl and baby boy...
and u know what ...her doctor informed her that her boy is 8 day younger then her sis...means she got pregnant with baby girl and after 8 days of conceving she got pregnant againg with the baby boy..
this is the NATURE...
so it could be happans...
