before, or after?

Well, I'm on the sixth day of my fifth period. I usually get horrid backaches and I have a question about them. Do the backaches, etc. things end right before your period ends, or does it take a couple of days to go away?

Everyone's experiences are different. For me the back aches are generally over by day 3 or 4. Should end by the time your period does though.

everyone is different but backaches do end usally before the period does its part of pms you can take midol for relief i used to get bad cramps during my first year after that i hardly had any cramps at all just bloating the day before
