Yes, it is normal for it to be a bit darker at the tips for some women. I discovered that because of my being part Hispanic (because of my mom I am 1/4 Hispanic) that I have a bit of darkness around parts of my vulvar area (this is the external genital area, the area where the labia minora-the inner lips that close over the vaginal opening) too.
The only color that isn't normal is red (and I'm talking about red like an infection when I say this not blood when we are having our periods) and should be checked out by a dr.
