Two things. You might want to start incorporating acidopholus capsules or yogurt into your daily meals. I suspect you have an overgrowth of yeast in your intestines( that causes the bloating).Limit your intake of yeasted breads, sugar and white pasta products.Try eating Trisketts, oatmeal, brown rice and other higher fiber products. You might also want to do a soup broth fast for 24 to 48 hours to see ( what comes out afterwards) just in case your digestion is running a bit slow.See how you feel in a couple of days and make note of whether you feel still feel bloated after trying what I told you to do.Sometimes we just need to give our"guts" a break and eat simple foods for a while to restore good health. Good luck.

Hmm, sounds like a gastric problem. I'm guessing really.

If you havn't already, you should go to...

http://www.webmd.com

And go to symtom checker. You may get better information there. Since it requires age, and I don't know your age. So give it a try!

You should visit your doctor

Goof Luck! Hope you feel better!
