The body is an amazing thing, and yes it can be true. The only way to know for sure is an ultrasound. Sometimes the body can regenerate a body part, and sometimes, you just get "lucky" and a random egg with float through the harsh environments of your body cavity and make it to your womb. :)

You have no fallopian tubes? Then no, you can't get pregnant. The tube is what brings the egg from the ovaries to the uterus. If there is no egg, there is no pregnancy!
