Ok so about 10 months ago I stopped the deprovera shot and was told that it would take about 2 months for everything to get back to normal. So now its been about 10 still no period. Has anyone ever heard of something like to his happening or had this happen to you?

I missed a first week pill because I lost it when I popped it out of the case. Since then, which was 2 weeks ago, I cry very, very easily when I hear a sad song or see something emotional on t.v.

Also, I cried 3 times due to other people, not in front of them, though, lol (one being my teacher simply because of a question I got wrong on a test and had asked him about it- he wasn't even being mean, the other time being when I went to get help at the math tutor lab and one of the tutors upset me).

This is very unusual for me. I've cried more times this month then I have in the past 6 months combined. Could missing that pill be the reason why?

A period that has skipped while you were on the pill?
I switched birth control pills in December and had a normal period in January. I took my last pill of the pack Saturday and still have not had a period this week.
Pregancy is out of the question because I have not had sex since October (a personal decision me and my fiancee made).
I went to the doctor this morning and she preformed a pregnancy test just to be sure. It came back negative, of course. She told me that it could be caused by stress or taking an antibiotic earlier this month. She has scheduled me a pap-smear (however you spell it lol) next weekend.
Have any other women experienced this? Was everything okay after that?

Hi all - I'm 25, been on Yasmin for about 5 years, with no real side effects other than some slight weight gain (5 pounds maybe). Due to high blood pressure, the doctor wants me to switch to Yaz due to lower hormone levels.

Has anyone else made the switch? I've read some scary side effects of Yaz, but I'm hoping that if I didn't experience any on Yasmin, then I probably wouldn't experience any on Yaz either. . .

Anyone? Help me feel better (or I'll tell my doctor I'm not comfortable switching)!

Im pregnant and im having serious second thoughts, i went to a family planning and they were all anti-abortionists and made me feel like **** and forced me into a decision i now know was not right for me. im scared about the procedure if it hurts,long term effects,emmotional effects etc, ive heard it can cause me to be streil also? now i dont need people writting me telling me how i shouldnt have dont it etc b/c i was on birth control and it didnt work. i just need help from women who had abortions and know what to expect,

I change from the shot to birth control pills, but today i woke up and my right leg has been hurting really bad. i havent token the pil for two days though. has anyone had these systoms before if so was it the pill. And how long does it take to the pill to be out of your systoms?? thanks for your time!!!

I'm 26 and have always been very regular but have only had 2 periods in the last 8 months (every 4 months). I'm a virgin so pregnancy is out of the question. I also notice that I've been bruising easily. Is there any vitamins I may be missing or food I should be eating more of??

I do have thyroid problems and I'm on medication for that. Also I'm going to a doctor to get checked out in a couple weeks but just curious.

I've been doing 20 minutes of cardio in the mornings along with cutting back on my calories. I have notice I've toned up in some places, but I've also notice I've gained 5 pounds. Is there anything someone can recommend to really get the pounds to come off, especially if your no longer in your twenties.
