I missed a first week pill because I lost it when I popped it out of the case. Since then, which was 2 weeks ago, I cry very, very easily when I hear a sad song or see something emotional on t.v.

Also, I cried 3 times due to other people, not in front of them, though, lol (one being my teacher simply because of a question I got wrong on a test and had asked him about it- he wasn't even being mean, the other time being when I went to get help at the math tutor lab and one of the tutors upset me).

This is very unusual for me. I've cried more times this month then I have in the past 6 months combined. Could missing that pill be the reason why?

I found the pill to be really unsetteling to me emotionally. It was hard to understand my emotions and apply them to direct causes that made sense, or decide that they were a result of the change in hormones the pill creates. Doctors don't often talk enough about the emotional side effects of the pill. It can be dangerous. it can add to or cause depression. It certainly made me confused and unhappy at times. Talk to your doctor about it and see if there is a lower does pill you can go on. I decided to stop taking th epill and have safe sex. it got to me after a while, and I think it affected a realtionship i was in at the time badly, or at least my ability to deal with it.

good luck!

not due to missing one pill. think about if there's another cause in your life.

as a side note- if you do miss a pill you should take the next one and just be one day ahead until you finish the pack. missing one pill can mess you up and the meds won't work like they are supposed to.
