I had a breast reduction 2 weeks ago. My breasts are flat below and kind of fleshy on the side. I've seen pictures of women who have had breast reductions and they look just like mine. I was wondering if they will always look like that or will they return to a rounder shape?

What type of incisions did they do? The Le Jour (aka "lollipop") or the Anchor method??

It is only two weeks since your operation.

It takes up to one year for your breasts to get to their final size.

Give it a few more months and you will see them drop into shape.

Congrats!

It kinds sounds like your surgeon didn't take away the extra skin after the fat was taken out. I also know that it takes months, or even a year to see the complete, final results of a plastic surgery/liposuction/reduction.

I am sure each case is different..depends on the work your doctor did and depends on your body. I am sure they need time to heal before you will know what they will look like
