If you are only 13, then i wouldnt worry about it. Because you will grow more as you go through puberty. Puberty also makes you gain a little wieght too. My advice, look at your mom and see how skinny she is. Chances are, you might have the same bone structure as her. You will most likely look like your mom's shape. You could start to eat foods that are high in protein. But, stay away from high fat foods. Protein is the best way to gain muscle, which weighs more than fat does. Your still growing though. If you are still 4'9 and 79 lbs. by the time you are 16 then see a doctor.

You should stay the same, don't worry you will gain wait as you grow taller. But for now take advantage of being small! Try ballet, horse back riding and anything else you would like to do.

i dont think ur too skinny.at your age i probably was the same height and weight and now im average weight -im 15 and ill be 16 in may and im 5'2 and 118 lbs. dont gain just eat healthy .do not overeat and cut down on junk food ok.
