I get 2 hours of sleep during his nap with the help of taking 4 pm's. How safe is it to do this? I have to work graves and can't afford childcare and don't want my son going to one. Both my older sons were hurt at babysitters.

and i got up the nerve to ask him why he doesn't want me any more and i know it's not because i don't take good care of myself....i try to make myself as nice looking as possible, and keep myself clean and sweetsmelling, but his answer to me was, when i confronted him was that he is no longer attracted to me.
yep, that's right. "he is not longer attracted to me".......i just do not get it.......or understand it. i mean when we were 1st together we used to make love at least 5 times a day......and now, nothing....
and i know there isn't anyone else because i hired a P.I. and the private investigator came up with nothing. and now.....i just feel worthless and ugly and unattractive. can someone please help me to feel better??? i need someone to tell me why?

I am happily married( so please don't say abstinence), my daughter is 5 months old and currently I am one the pill but I think that it is having different side effects since I have no been pregnant so I want to switch but I don't know what to switch to. What are you opinions or advice? I am not sure if or when I am going to have another child but I am leaning towards the fact that I will so I want something that can be removed/stopped at anytime. I do not want to get the depo shot because my mom was on that and had horrible side affects so that isn't an option. Thanks in advance.

I just started taking a progesterone only birth control pill this month (I've not been on birth control for a long time due to high blood pressure and combination birth control pills)...so this progesterone pill is a new thing for me. My breasts are so swollen and sore. I'm kinda small chested naturally but right now my breasts seem huge. It's awful! Anyone else experienced this with progesterone only pills? What can I do to stop the breast tenderness and shrink back down to size without stopping the birth control? (I'm getting married this month and want to have the birth control protection!) Do symptoms go away after a while?

I had my circumcision 20 years ago in response to my (then new) wifes preference for a circumcised partner for sex. It was one of the best things that I ever did and sex is fantastic once you are circumcised. My wife has given me all the reasons why she feels so much more with a cut man, but I'm interested to hear from other mature experienced pro-circ women as to why they agree with her

I had a cyst rupture on my ovaries last summer. Now I have another one (or one on each side) and it is painful. What can I do for the pain? Should I see my doctor again? (Last time he told me to wait it out and the pain would go away, which it dd.) I have been in pain for 3 days and it is severly affecting my attitude with everyone around me. :-(

I'm 21 years old. My menstrual cycle has never been regular since I was 12 years old. My periods would last for months at a time. I was on my period for months before I went to the GYN about it. She said it was a hormonal imbalance and prescribed birth control pills. That was fine for about 3 months. Then my periods just stopped altogether. I stopped taking them in October and still haven't had a period. I decided I didn't want to use BC as a solution because I want to start trying for a baby in the next few years and I don't see it as a very effective long term solution. I wanted to go a more natural route with diet, exercise, etc. I've searched high and low on the internet. Everything I've found about hormonal imbalance is pertaining to menopause. I'm not in menopause by any means. Does anyone know of any site or book or anything that's a good one for this subject?

My doctor told me to take birth control pills, and she scheduled me for another ultrasound in 6 months. She said the birth control pills will balance out the hormones. I was on the depo-shot for about a year and a half, and I stopped taking it in August, and ever since then I have been having the weirdest, and most painful periods ever. From October to December, I didn't even stop bleeding!!!!!

I've been on Yasmin and Loestrin20,and then switched to Cerazette(progestogen only pill),but still suffered from hairloss and very bad migraines(which lasted for up to 2 weeks). Is there any other form of contraception which is okay to use,and which won't cause those side effects?
