I'm a fan of t.v. show DR. 90210 and they've shown a lot of women who had labiaplasty. I was wondering what could be the real cause of that extra skin to get ugly and stretched out badly? Also, do clitoris change it's size after several pregnancies?

I have extremely high blood pressure and I don't take the medication for it because I can't afford it and my monthly cycle has gone crazy I have gone 4 months without a period.And I know that I am not pregnate.

My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years. Since we started dating and having intercourse I have been getting Bacterial Vaginosis. It is treated with antibiotics then it goes away for a month then comes back again. Finally I talked to my doctor about 3 months ago and was sent to a specialist. The specialist ran many tests and yet again found bacterial vaginosis. He prescribed me a pill that was stronger than the antibiotic I have been given previously. Then He also said to insert boric acid tablets which will help regulate the normal ph levels in my vagina. I used them and it helps but I have noticed that everytime my boyfriend and I have sex, the next day I get an odour again. Then i insert a tablet and it gets better and goes away. When we use condoms the smells doesnt come. He is a very clean person. Could I be sensitive and allergic to his sperm and are the boric acid tablets safe to use on a regular basis?

I have been experiencing horrible back pain in my lower and middle back and i have been wondering what the factors mite have been...i kno that these could possibly be factors:

-new bed in my room
-violent sneezing
-bad posture (slouching)

My thyroid test (blood test only) had a negative result. However, my symptoms are getting worst everyday. I've been having a hard time to breath, feeling exhausted all the time, the side and inside of my neck is painful, plus a continous chest pain. Also, I've been having this painful sensation that starts under my arm and ends on my palm or a finger.
I also had a stress test and heart ultra-sound which had negative results.
Could this be a thyroid problem?

I dont drink coffee regularly and when do i feel ok on small a small amount when i usually did. but more than a cup would mess me up. I don't understand why I keep getting this vaginal infection. It's NOT an STD or anything like that, it's something like a yeast infection I guess, but maybe worse? I don't need this. She started her period at age 9. I was not ready as a parent for "THE TALK". It is so hard to explain certain things to a kid like that when she still believes in santa. I was preparing myself for this when she was going to be a little older. Now everything has changed and I have no idea how to do this stuff. Please help me with this.
