Your first period? If so, talk to your mother and someone about it, and they should help you out.

take some ibprofen, take a hot bath making sure you clean "down there", get a pad (I don't think girls should use tampons until at least age 16 and pads are easier to use when you're first starting anyways), then curl up in bed and go to sleep, make sure you change your pad often. You might also have to send your mom or dad to the store for the pads, but don't be embarrassed.... they knew it was coming sooner or later. Definately take the ibprofen though. I just started my period today (not the first time... I've had it for 10 years. lol), but ibprofen works wonders... just get the cheap generic one, you don't have to buy Midol.

First of all, relax. It's not a big deal. If you are actually bleeding right now and don't have a pad or something on, put a pad there to catch the blood.
Second, talk to a trusted woman in your life. Hopefully, that's your mother, but you can also talk to an older sister, neighbor, school nurse, etc. She'll help you with everything.

Welcome to the women's adult world! Well, it's a cycle for a woman. Relax, take a deep breath and sit down. Take it as discharging all the dirty blood from within. If u wanna get more views, just email me; jules_abh_10@yahoo.com.sg. I'll be glad to console the little sisters out there. Cheers!

Buy a packet of pads and put one down there. talk to your mother. Every woman experiences this at some stage. Don't be frightened.

In the words of the "Carrie" locker room mob, "Plug it Up"

Really, there's not a lot to do. Get a pad or tampon from your mom, or if she has none or is out of the picture, wrap THICK layers of TP around the crotch of your panties.

Congrats, you've entered true girlhood.
