When i have my period its usauly a pretty normal flow and i can go with a normal sized tampond for a long time. But when i got my period this time i went to school with one and i ended up going onto a very very eavy flow wich is very unusual...i thought ok maby its just one day, but is ben a second day and its still very very heavy....also you know when we kinda have that thick substance that comes out everynow and then..i have ben getting ALOT of that so much that it dosent seem normal....this flow is so unusual ..im 17 so its not that i dont know whats going on ..... this has never happend befor....

I took one of those First Response test that are suppose to tell you youre response 4 days before your missed period. My test came up negative. Do you think the coast is clear or should I wait a day & test again.

Since having my second child 18 months ago, I have been having the depo injection. It has stopped my periods, which is the good thing, but I have no sex drive anymore. We have had sex about 5 times in the last 18 months. We don't even talk about it anymore. Does anybody else have the same side effect as me? The doctor says I can only stay on it for a maximum of 2 years as it starts to thin your blood, then you have to come off it for 1 year before going back to it. Maybe that may bring our sex life back....

hello ive been on birth control close to a year and ive always gotten my period on the 3rd placebo pill, the other day 5 days before i was supposed to get my period i had some spotting it was a tiny bit only happened once that day. then it happened once the day after also. then it all stopped, im still awaiting my period does anyone know what this means or why its happening? i got like 5 pimples the days before it happened and i never get pimples.

I want to know if condoms and spermicides are better for me to use. I've researched this topic until I've turned blue in the face. I really don't want all those hormones put in my body to put me outta wack. I had my last period on oct. 13th. I am on a 33 day cycle so my next period would have been on nov 15th. My husband works irregular hours so we only had sex twice this month, on the 20th and 28th. of oct. He wore a condom both times, and did not ejaculate inside of me, and were almost positive that the condom didn't break. I took a home pregnancy test (E.P.T. to be specific) on the 1st, 3rd and 5th days of my missed period. In september I recently went back to work after taking the summer off. (I work in a day care with all women about 30 hrs a week.) My sister was having some health problems recently and I have been stressing out about missing my cycle. Mostly my husband's fault. I ovulated normally this month and was getting all the signs of my period comming (PMS, side hurting, ect) and right when I was supposesed to be due for my period I started cramping (which I still do from time to time) What are the chances that I am pregnant?

do you ever get irritated down there? If so, how long does it usually last for you?

In the past when I am on top during sex, afterwards I sometimes get very irritated and swollen there and it seems to take forever to get better. Sometimes I even have discharge afterwards....it doesnt happen often so I havent asked my doctor about it.

If I am not currently on the birth control pill but want to be on it because i am going on vacatoin and do not want to worry about my period, would it be okay to start taking the pill now mid month mid way between my periods and then keep takin them through my perod to skip it only once?

Total abdominal hysterectomy and was put on everol patches 100mcg day after. Since then I have had aching legs, more painful in my thighs. This keeps me awake at night. I am walking everyday for 30 mins and feel very mobile and well since the op, other than still have a large tummy which I know will go down in time. Any ideas on why legs are aching, has anyone else experienced this?
