considering every female mammal "bleeds" i would have to assume YES, you MUST trust us. or else there will be no next generation.
and its not bleeding, its the shedding of the uterine lining in preparation for carrying a child. no baby, no bother to keep it there, just start over with some fresh nutrients in hopes for next time.
