Just wondering how your typical stomach bug or "24 hour" virus (that causes vomiting and diarrhea) is typically spread. I'm going to a New Year's Party tonight and some of the children in the family are sick with it. If I just hang out (breathe in the air) but don't eat or drink and keep my hands clean and stay out of their bathroom will I most likely not get it? Thanks.

They didn't. I got worse. I got headaches everyday. I went to the eye doctor and he thought they were tension headaches. Now I have allergies to mold, dust and pollen. My meds don't work. I take very strong over the counter meds and it helps sometimes. I get headaches often. I've found out whenever i get hot, i get a sinus headaches but i don't know how to treat it. PLEASE HELP ME!

My nose has been stuffy for days, & I'm so stuffy that it feels like mucus is backed up WAY in my stomach (even though that may not be the case), which is making me feel nauseated & have little to no appetite for the past few days. I've tried Mucinex many times, & it's supposed to be one of the most effective mucus eliminator, but it doesn't work on me for some reason. What other brands of congestion medicine are good?

I have had neuropathy for about 2-1/2 months now. I am considering a body massage at our local spa thinking it may help my circulation and thereby helping the neuropathy. Has anyone tried this and did it help them at all.

animals are well known for enjoying dust baths which helps clean excess oils, dirt and insects away.

i guess you'd have to be naked but would a dust bath work the same for a human?
(wierd question i know!)

I eat crushed ice quite frequently, and one of my teachers mentioned that people with low amounts of iron in their system eat lots of ice (she has low iron). I was wondering if there is any information that provides this theory to be true.

I think i might have it.. if i do then im sure i dont have it bad.
Whever i go to the shop.. i HAVE to get things from the back!! i can't stand watching people get things from the front shelf!!
I can't stand it when people bite their nails!!.. it just is... uhh... ugghh!! (only word for me to explain it)
when i put the volume up/down on the tv.. i have to have it on like special numbers... like 20 or 25.. or 15.. or 30 (you know)

when i was smaller... if i did something like step on my own foot.. then id have to step with my other foot onto my other foot (if that makes sence)...
and i hate touching door handles and tables at school!! (especially places where other people have touched.

any answers will be appreciated.. (except rude ones)
im just curious.. because my friend said i have ocd.. but i doubt it. thanks!!

For about the last year I have had persistent mucus in my throat. I have no other cold-type symptoms and no cough. I don't mean to be gross, but its a rather sticky and stringy mucus - not like a "loogey". It gets stuck on and wrapped around my uvula and hangs in my throat causing me to gag. Sometimes I am able to cough and hack and make some pretty disgusting noises to get it loose and spit it out. However, a lot of the time I have to actually reach into my throat and pull it out with my fingers. It is so bothersome and gross.

Has anyone had this or know how to stop it? I don't really want to make a doctor's appointment just to tell him what I have told you. Of course, if that's what I need to do I will.

Honest answers only, please. I am being 100% genuine and looking for a genuine answer if you have one.

Thanks.

i had an interview today and they want me to take a drug test anytime this week. the thing is, is that i smoked weed a couple times last week and ate a little piece like an idiot. if i drink lots of water until like thursday or wednesday, do you think that i can pass the test? or what will happen if i fail the test? i know i did something stupid and i wish people would try not to rub that in my face. i appreciate all answers that help though, thank you for answering my question.

I'm 15, female, 5"7 and I want to be either 5"9 or 5"10. I heard on a good website that it is esential that you get a certain amount of sleep to increase your growth by a half an inch or a full inch, but they wouldn't say how much sleep you needed because they wanted me to buy their book.

If there's anything you can suggest I would be very greatful.
