I have been feeling really fatigued and tired alot, I have lost nearly 25 pounds this year out of nowhere and i think its because i havn't really had an appetite. I get fevers alot and have alot of diarrhea, and I get bad sore throats, does anybody know what is wrong with me? I am 26 years old if that helps any..

Sorry Terry. I'm not a health professional but if I were you I'd get myself off to my GP ASAP. It could be something simple like a viral infection which can only be removed with the help of anti-biotics., On the other hand ...?
