symptoms:
when i deep breath i get upper/mid back pain
dry cough
sweating
slight not bad fever (99)
sinus pain/infection
fatigue

what cood it be??/

I would definitely lean towards pneumonia especially since you are having back pain when you breathe in deeply. However most people with pneumonia produce yellow or green sputum. I would check with your doctor just in case.

Sounds like bronchitus to me. I personally just had it. I went to the doctor the 13th of December and had a 1000mg shot of Rocephin at the office and was put on Omnicef 2X a day. I also was put on cough syrup with Codeine. I finished my antibiotics the 23rd of December. Good luck.

Fatigue is the giveaway. Looks like pneumonia. But its an easy cure. I've had it many times.
