i drink alot of water like 4 bottles of water a day and i notice that i feel even more thirsty..why is this?

It depends on your activity level, environmental conditions and the size of your water bottle. If you're physically active or very active, your water requirements will be greater. Similarly in a hot, dry environment you will be thirstier. 4 bottles isn't an enormous quantity, if you're talking 16-20 oz or so bottles. You could easily go to twice that and not be over-hydrating, especially with the above conditions.

However, if these are 2-liter bottles and you are not active or in a hot, dry environment and you're still thirsty, a medical checkup is in order.

Er... Did you know that feeling thirsty after drinking could be a sign of diabetes? Check with your doctor.

Probably nothing but better safe than sorry.

Water is about the only thing that quenches my thirst so I don't know why it's making you more thirsty.

Uhh no clue water doesn't make me thristy. Ask a doctor or drink less water!

Chale idk, isnt it supossed to stop the thirst?
They say if your thirsty alot its a sign of diabetes.
Go check yourself, see whats up.
